3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored in SOC 2 certified data centers with AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 encryption in transit. We implement strict access controls, regular security audits, and maintain comprehensive incident response procedures.

4. Cookies & Tracking

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. Analytics cookies help us understand how you use our platform. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

5. Third-Party Services

We use select third-party services for payment processing (Stripe), email communications, and analytics. Each provider is vetted for security compliance and bound by data processing agreements.

We retain account data for the duration of your account plus 90 days after deletion. Billing records are retained for 7 years as required by law. Server logs are automatically purged after 30 days.
